We offer a 7-day refund policy, but due to the digital nature of our product, refunds are subject to strict conditions.

After this period, all sales are final.

We reserve the right to verify usage before approving refunds.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Lack of effort in using the system
  • Expectation of guaranteed financial results
  • Failure to understand the content
  • Partial usage with no attempt to apply
  • Sharing or distributing the product
  • Multiple or repeated refund requests

6. Digital Product Nature

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • The product is delivered instantly
  • It cannot be returned once accessed

Refunds are therefore limited and carefully reviewed.


7. Payment-Related Refunds (Unchanged)

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

a. Payment Failed but Amount Deducted

If your payment fails but money is deducted:

  • You are eligible for a refund
  • You must provide transaction proof

b. Payment Successful but No Access

If payment is successful but you do not receive access:

  • Contact support
  • We will provide access immediately

This is not a refund case.


8. How to Request a Refund

  • Clear reason for refund

We will review your request within 3–5 business days.


9. Refund Approval & Processing

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

10. Abuse & Protection

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject refund requests
  • Deny access
  • Take action

in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violation.


11. Return Policy

Since Growth Pilot offers digital products that are delivered instantly, we do not accept returns. Once access is granted, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or revoked. We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before making a purchase.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated date.
